Anthropic完成300億美元G輪融資 估值達3800億美元並面臨五角大廈合約爭議

人工智慧公司Anthropic於2026年2月12日宣布，成功完成300億美元的G輪融資，此輪交易使該公司的投後估值達到3800億美元。這項融資由新加坡的全球機構投資者GIC與紐約的私募股權公司Coatue共同領投，使其成為科技史上第二大的私人融資案例，僅次於競爭對手OpenAI在2025年完成的400億美元交易。Anthropic的營收年化運行率已攀升至140億美元，其中Claude Code模型貢獻了超過25億美元的運行率收入，反映出企業級應用市場的強勁需求。

儘管資本大量湧入，Anthropic的執行長Dario Amodei仍對AI領域的過度投資發出警告。他指出，若對AI投資回報的預期出現偏差，即使是輕微的失算，也可能因數據中心支出過高而使公司面臨財務風險。Amodei批評部分同業對AI支出的「YOLO式」投入，強調在技術里程碑預計一至兩年內達成之際，數萬億美元級別的收入兌現時間可能長達一至五年，這使得大規模的資本承諾存在財務不確定性。

此次巨額融資的同時，Anthropic正與美國國防部（五角大廈）就其AI模型的使用限制產生爭議。據報導，五角大廈正考慮終止與Anthropic價值約2億美元的合約，原因是Anthropic堅決拒絕允許將Claude模型用於完全自主武器的開發部署，以及對美國公民進行大規模監控，此立場與國防部要求將AI工具用於「所有合法目的」的立場相悖。Claude是首個被整合進美國國防部機密網路的AI模型。

此一倫理與國家安全需求的對抗，考驗著AI企業在面對國家安全要求時，能否堅守其既定的道德護欄。據悉，五角大廈同時也在向OpenAI、Google和xAI等其他AI公司施壓，要求獲得類似的廣泛使用權。Anthropic的內部也出現人事波動，其安全研究團隊主管Mrinank Sharma於2月9日辭職，理由是對商業化壓力下的倫理考量表示擔憂。

在國際佈局方面，Anthropic正積極擴展其業務，並於2月16日正式啟用了其在亞洲的第二個辦事處，選址於印度班加羅爾，以鞏固其在該國的地位。印度目前已成為Claude的第二大市場，其運行率收入自2025年10月擴張宣布以來已翻倍，近半數的Claude使用量集中於編程和數學任務。班加羅爾新辦公室將由資深科技主管Irina Ghose領導，旨在為印度市場提供客製化的企業級AI解決方案並專注於本地人才招募。
