Trump stated that the presidents "agreed that they want to stop the millions of deaths in the war between Russia and Ukraine." He added that the teams would "immediately start negotiations." Trump also mentioned plans to contact Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to update him on the discussion.
