Royal Skip: William and Kate Trade BAFTAs for Caribbean Sun with Family

Prince William and Princess Kate chose a family vacation in the Caribbean over attending the BAFTAs ceremony. Instead of gracing the British Academy Film Awards, the Prince and Princess of Wales, along with Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, escaped to the island of Mustique for some sunshine. The family flew commercial to St. Lucia before taking a private plane to their final destination, where Kate's mother, Carol, was already celebrating her 70th birthday. Mustique, a private island known for its exclusivity, offers the royals a secluded retreat. This getaway follows a challenging start to 2024 for the couple, who also enjoyed a break in the French Alps between Christmas and New Year's.
