Strengthening Immunity Through Gut Health: Tips for Winter Wellness

As autumn and winter approach, many of us brace for the inevitable onslaught of colds, sore throats, and seasonal illnesses. Stress, medications, and our lifestyle can compromise the delicate balance of the microbiota, and in these cases, our gut may need an extra boost to function optimally.
