Filming Italy - Los Angeles Celebrates 10th Edition: A Bridge Between Italian and American Cinema, Feb 20-22, 2025

The 10th edition of Filming Italy - Los Angeles, created and directed by Tiziana Rocca, is set to take place from February 20-22, 2025. This year's festival aims to further strengthen the bond between Italian and American cinema, promoting Italy as a prime filming location and supporting the internationalization of Italian audiovisual products. The festival will feature premieres, restored classics, TV series, short films, and documentaries, many of which are new to the U.S. market. Actress Isabella Ferrari will serve as the festival's ambassador, receiving the Filming Italy Los Angeles Women Power Award. Michele Placido and Dolph Lundgren will be honorary presidents, with Placido also receiving the Filming Italy Achievement Award. Diana Del Bufalo will be the godmother of this year's festival. The event includes masterclasses and panels with Italian and international guests, discussing current trends in the audiovisual market. The festival also emphasizes sustainability, supporting environmental efforts and solidarity with victims of the early year's fires in Los Angeles.
