Volvo introduces the ES90, an electric vehicle blurring the lines between sedan, fastback, and SUV, set to arrive late in 2025.
It features a liftback design with 424L boot space (733L with seats down) and 22L under the bonnet.
The ES90 boasts a drag coefficient of 0.25, the best for Volvo.
It rides on the SPA2 architecture and uses the Volvo Cars Superset tech stack with an 800-volt electrical architecture.
Variants include Single Motor Extended Range (up to 245kW) and Twin Motor (up to 500kW).
Range: Up to 700km (dual-motor) or 650km (single motor).
It has a 14.5-inch infotainment touchscreen with Google built-in, a 9.0-inch digital instrument cluster, and a head-up display.
Safety features include driver attention monitoring, safe exit warning, LiDAR, radars, cameras, and ultrasonic sensors.
The ES90 is Volvo's sixth EV, expanding its electric lineup.
