Palnadu, India: A Chartered Accountant, Nagendra Kumar, left his corporate career to establish India's largest bullock-driven cooking oil unit.
He uses the age-old Ganuga method, extracting oils from various seeds without chemicals or high heat.
Kumar's brand, "Little Farmer," aims to restore health through pure, traditional food practices in a time of rising lifestyle diseases.
The unit, located in Ravela village, employs 40 bulls and 16 traditional oil churners.
Kumar's initiative combines traditional knowledge with modern management, setting a benchmark for eco-friendly, self-sustained rural industry.
