Actor Michael Douglas will be a guest at this year's Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. He will present a digitally restored version of the classic film "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest," directed by Miloš Forman.
The presentation marks fifty years since the film's original release. Douglas was one of the producers of the film, which won the Oscar for Best Picture in 1975.
Joining Douglas will be Paul Zaentz, nephew of co-producer Saul Zaentz. Douglas and Saul Zaentz were previously honored with the Crystal Globe Award in Karlovy Vary in 1998. This event highlights the enduring legacy of a cinematic masterpiece and offers a special opportunity for film enthusiasts.
