Netflix has released the first trailer for 'Troll 2,' the sequel to the popular 2022 Norwegian fantasy action-adventure film.
Directed by Roar Uthaug, the film is scheduled to premiere on December 1, 2025. The original 'Troll' was a massive success for Netflix.
The sequel sees the Norwegian armed forces battling a powerful troll wreaking havoc across the country. The cast includes Ine Marie Wilmann, Kim S. Falck-Jørgensen, and Mads Sjøgård Pettersen.
New cast members, such as Sara Khorami and Jon Ketil Johnsen, are also joining the production. Filming took place in Norway and Budapest, making it the largest film production in the Nordic countries.
The first film was a global hit, and 'Troll 2' is expected to continue this success. Fans eagerly await the sequel's release on Netflix.
