Al-Futtaim Launches Smart Villas in Dubai Festival City Integrating Solar Power and EV Readiness

Al-Futtaim Real Estate (AFRE) has introduced Al Badia Villas, a new premium residential leasing community within Dubai Festival City, comprising 107 modern homes ranging from three to five bedrooms. This launch exemplifies a growing global trend in new construction that prioritizes the integration of smart home ecosystems with sustainable energy infrastructure, aligning with broader urban master plans emphasizing connectivity and environmental stewardship.
