Tyler, The Creator's CHROMAKOPIA Dominates Billboard 200 with 104K Units in Third Week

In a remarkable achievement, Tyler, The Creator's album CHROMAKOPIA has spent its third consecutive week at the top of the Billboard 200, selling 104,000 equivalent album units in the week ending November 14, according to Luminate. This marks the longest run for the artist, surpassing his previous album CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST, which held the top position for two weeks in 2021 and 2022.

The chart performance is largely driven by streaming, with 76,000 of the units coming from streaming equivalent albums (SEA), which translates to approximately 106.87 million on-demand streams. Additionally, physical album sales contributed 28,000 units, while track equivalent albums (TEA) accounted for a negligible amount.

Meanwhile, the K-pop group TOMORROW X TOGETHER made a strong debut at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 with their new album The Star Chapter: SANCTUARY, which garnered 98,000 equivalent album units in its first week. Notably, 95,500 of these units were from album sales, propelled by the availability of 23 different CD variants, enhancing its collectible appeal.

These statistics underscore the shifting dynamics of music consumption, where streaming continues to play a pivotal role alongside physical sales, illustrating the evolving landscape of the music industry.
