Apple has announced new generative AI features in iOS 18, including Genmoji, which allows users to create custom emojis based on text prompts. This feature aims to enhance user experience by providing personalized emoji options.
Additionally, iOS 18 will introduce an Image Wand tool, enabling users to generate images from rough sketches within apps like Notes. These innovations are expected to be available in the upcoming iOS 18.1 update.
While a new version of Siri is also on the horizon, full capabilities won't be available until the iOS 18.4 update in March 2024. Key features like Priority Notifications and Auto Mail Sorting will not be included in the iOS 18.1 release.
