Heavenly Returns With New Music and Announces Album

Edited by: Inna Horoshkina One

Heavenly, the British twee pop band, has released new music after a long hiatus. Their latest offering includes the tracks "Portland Town" and "Someone Who Cares," available on a 7" vinyl. This release marks their first new music since 1996.

"Portland Town" is described as an energetic anthem. The song's lyrics include the lines: "Conformity stinks/ Creativity is free." In contrast, "Someone Who Cares" presents a more relaxed and introspective tone. The band is also preparing for a new LP, scheduled for release in February 2026.

In addition to the new music, Heavenly has announced a show at London's Islington Town Hall & The Lexington on July 19. This performance follows their first show in 28 years, held in 2023, and the reissue of their third album, "The Decline And Fall Of Heavenly."
