Editado por: Сергей Starostin

The GMC Sierra EV Denali has achieved a remarkable milestone by traveling over 800 km without recharging, solidifying its status as the world's longest-range electric vehicle.

During a test conducted by Edmunds, the pickup truck covered 816 km, exceeding its advertised range of 740 km (EPA cycle) by more than 75 km. This performance surpasses the Lucid Air Grand Touring, which previously held the record.

The test comprised 60% city driving and 40% highway driving, averaging a speed of 64 km/h. The vehicle was equipped with a massive battery exceeding 200 kWh, resulting in an impressive consumption rate of approximately 29.9 kWh/100 km.

Despite the different testing cycles in the U.S. (EPA) and Europe (WLTP), the Sierra EV's performance remains exceptional, showcasing its potential for real-world electric vehicle driving conditions.
