After months of speculation and public drama, media personality Minnie Dlamini has officially confirmed her relationship with Brian Monaisa. The confirmation came in the form of an Instagram post by Monaisa, a plastic surgeon, who introduced Dlamini as his "girl."
The announcement comes after a public feud with Monaisa's ex-girlfriend and baby mama, Neema Aloyce, who accused Dlamini of being a "side chick" and flaunting the alleged affair.
In his Instagram post, Monaisa shared a photo of himself and Dlamini on a business trip, captioning it: "I asked my girl to come with me for a business trip, she made it amazing." He also posted a picture of himself at an upmarket hotel, tagging Dlamini as his photographer and cheekily captioning it: "Drink water and mind your business."
While Dlamini has not publicly commented on the relationship, a source close to the couple told Zimoja that their relationship began as a friendship and blossomed into romance after both became single. The source denied any extramarital affairs or cheating, stating that their relationship developed naturally.
However, Aloyce maintains that Dlamini was involved with Monaisa while he was still in a relationship with her. She accused Dlamini of constantly posting clues about her relationship with Monaisa, suggesting that she was bragging about finally securing him after being his "hidden side chick" last year. Aloyce also accused Dlamini of cheating during her own marriage to TV producer Quinton Jones.
Dlamini and Jones separated in 2022 after less than five years of marriage. Since then, the former couple has been in the headlines over their custody battle and reports of spousal support.
