Spanish TV presenter Susanna Griso has confirmed her separation from Iñigo Afán de Ribera, her partner of two years. The announcement came during her show, 'Espejo Público,' on Antena 3. Griso, known for keeping her personal life private, addressed the news after a political debate segment.
Griso admitted feeling uncomfortable discussing her personal life on television but chose to address the rumors to avoid speculation. "It's true. I confirm the news. We are separating with a very good relationship and the desire to be the best possible friends. We have been separated for a few months," she stated.
She also expressed gratitude for the discretion shown by some media outlets and explained her decision to confirm the separation. "My agent confirmed it to them. I always think you have to tell things. Dedicating yourself to the media, you cannot remain silent or deny something that is real."
Despite the split, Griso assured viewers that she is doing well and experiencing "a very sweet moment" in her life.
