Fall 2025 Fashion: Tory Burch at MoMA, Coach's 90s NYC Homage, and LaQuan Smith's Gangster Glamour

The Fall 2025 collections are unveiling a diverse range of inspirations and aesthetics. Tory Burch showcased her collection at the Museum of Modern Art, blending American classics with an uptown-meets-downtown spirit. Sportswear was elevated with brushed Japanese jersey and velour, while knits were embroidered to resemble tweed. Accessories included a new Pierce watch and bracelets inspired by a piece dating back to 1870. Coach, under Stuart Vevers, paid tribute to David Lynch and 90s New York, referencing Larry Clark films. The collection featured oversized pants, small bags, and strong outerwear, with upcycled denim and leather scraps. Vevers also incorporated upcycled vintage fabrics and embellishments into dresses, furthering sustainability efforts. LaQuan Smith presented a collection focused on power dressing with a houndstooth print. Inspired by American gangster suiting, the collection featured opulent fur coats, ultra-mini sets, and mesh catsuits. Smith aimed to bring a playful and vibrant feel to the traditional fabric, showcasing sharp tailoring and rich textures.
