The Zentrum Paul Klee in Bern, Switzerland, is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a major exhibition dedicated to Le Corbusier, the father of modernism in architecture. The exhibition, titled "Le Corbusier. The Order of Things," will run from February 8th to June 22nd, 2025.

The exhibition focuses on Le Corbusier's creative process and working methods, showcasing numerous drawings and sketches related to his architectural projects. It also includes paintings from the 1920s, reflecting his involvement in the Purism movement, which he co-founded with the artist Amédée Ozenfant. This movement explored color, form, composition, and space.

The exhibition offers a comprehensive overview of Le Corbusier's work from an artistic perspective, including objects found on the beach that inspired him and groups of works that have remained largely unknown until now. For instance, his collection of postcards is being exhibited in Switzerland for the first time.

The exhibition highlights Le Corbusier's shared passion for travel to Italy and drawing with Paul Klee, the namesake of the museum. The Zentrum Paul Klee opened in 2005, featuring a new exhibition space designed by Renzo Piano to house the world's most comprehensive collection of Paul Klee's works.
