Russia will provide Ukraine with a draft document outlining its conditions for ending its offensive launched in 2022. This will occur after the prisoner exchange with Kyiv concludes, according to the Russian Foreign Minister.
The draft document reportedly establishes conditions for a lasting, comprehensive, and long-term agreement to end the conflict. Ukraine is expected to prepare a similar document, as agreed during talks in Istanbul.
Both sides have initiated a prisoner exchange. The first phase involved 270 soldiers and 120 civilians from each side. The exchange is expected to continue.
