Dubai, UAE - Citic Ltd. and Dubai's MAG Group are collaborating on the $6 billion Keturah Ardh development in Dubai's Al Rowaiyah First District. Infrastructure work and full site mobilization are scheduled for completion in Q2 and Q3 2025.

The 18.47 million-square-foot project will include low-rise towers, villas, offices, and retail space, as well as an AI university and a school. Citic is providing construction financing for the project. The first phase, under the Keturah Ardh Couture Art brand, is set to launch in Q4 2025.

Keturah Ardh aims to add thousands of homes to Dubai's growing real estate market. The development highlights the growing economic ties between China and the UAE. The second phase is expected in Q1 2026, with subsequent phases rolled out through 2027. The project is expected to be completed within a two- to seven-year timeframe.
