US Federal Reserve Expected to Maintain Rate Cut Pause Amid Trade Turbulence

This decision comes as the central bank navigates economic uncertainty stemming from the Trump administration's fluctuating tariff policies. Since January, the administration has increased tariffs on key trading partners, including Canada, China, and Mexico, and has also threatened reciprocal tariffs on other nations, contributing to volatility in US financial markets.
