Yara, whose professional career began around 2004 following her victory in the 1998 LBC competition "Kass el-Nojoum," has established herself in contemporary Arab pop music. Her early career was supported by composer Tarek Abou Jaoudeh, who produced her initial singles, including the 2005 track "Hob Kbir" from her debut album, "Twasa Feyi." In addition to her musical accolades, which include multiple Murex D'or Awards, Yara serves as a UNICEF Regional Ambassador for the MENA region.
Mahmoud Al Turky, representing the Iraqi music scene, contributed modern Iraqi pop rhythms to the program. Born in Basra, Iraq, on July 3, 1986, Al Turky is recognized for fusing ancient melodies with modern sensibilities, known for tracks such as "Dommeny Dommeny" and "Habibi Howa." Since beginning professional releases in 2019, the artist has cultivated a significant digital following, including over 2.6 million subscribers on his official YouTube channel as of early 2026.
Complementing the contemporary acts, Mouhamad Khairy provided a classical dimension rooted in Syrian musical heritage. Khairy, an Aleppo-born singer active between 1935 and 1981, is considered a significant figure in the revival of Muwashahat and Qudud forms. The concert's structure was designed to offer variety, transitioning between Yara's emotional style, Al Turky's upbeat rhythms, and Khairy's traditional elements, ensuring a balanced experience for attendees at the 2,000-seat venue.
The event required tickets starting from 100.00 AED and enforced operational policies, including a strict no-late-entry rule once the performance commenced and a dress code that prohibited overly casual attire such as shorts or flip-flops.
