Grupo Firme's scheduled performance at La Onda Fest in Napa Valley, California, on June 1, 2025, has been canceled due to administrative processing delays affecting the band members' visas at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico. The band announced their regret for the inconvenience caused to fans. The festival is scheduled for May 31 and June 1, 2025.

La Onda Fest organizers have confirmed that Tito Double P will replace Grupo Firme on the Verizon Stage on Sunday. The festival acknowledges the disappointment caused by this unforeseen change. La Onda Fest aims to celebrate Latin music and culture in Northern California, featuring various genres and immersive activities.

Despite Grupo Firme's cancellation, La Onda Fest 2025 still boasts a vibrant lineup, including Marco Antonio Solís, Banda MS, and Pepe Aguilar on Saturday, May 31, and Carin León on Sunday, June 1. The festival offers a range of experiences, including Latin cuisine, specialty beverages, shaded lounges, and a silent disco.
