Stern claims Tate choked her during a sexual encounter, continuing despite her pleas to stop. She also shared screenshots of alleged texts where Tate expressed enjoyment in 'beating' her and referred to her as 'property.' Tate, who recently returned to the US after time in Romanian custody on sex trafficking charges, has not responded to the allegations. Stern reportedly sought medical attention for a concussion and provided photos of her injuries to police. The alleged texts also include disturbing messages. Tate and his brother, Tristan, are currently complying with court orders in Romania. They deny all allegations against them.
