The Directorate General of Civil Aviation has mandated strict adherence to all air traffic control clearances and comprehensive safety protocols throughout this experimental phase to ensure operational integrity.

While the cloud seeding offers a potential mechanism for immediate atmospheric management, the broader scientific context emphasizes that sustained air quality improvement depends on addressing the primary sources of emissions. Experts note that root causes, such as vehicular traffic and industrial output, frequently account for over 60% of the winter pollution load. Furthermore, similar weather modification efforts in regions like Southeast Asia have shown controlled trial reductions in PM2.5 concentrations by up to 15%, though the scalability of such interventions remains under study.
