Renowned Ikebana master Christopher Lim brought Singapore's floral design expertise to Mexico City for the first time. This marked his debut in Latin America.
Lim collaborated with Ikebana International Mexico City to create seven standard-sized floral arrangements and one monumental piece. He aimed to capture the essence of flowers in each creation.
Lim focused on local Mexican flora, blending Japanese Ikebana tradition with Mexico's natural richness. The exhibit featured orchids and maguey, showcasing the fusion of cultures.
