Meta has introduced a gesture-controlled wristband that enables users to operate digital devices through subtle hand movements. The wristband is designed to accommodate a wide range of physical abilities, allowing users to perform actions like writing in the air or on surfaces, mimicking pen-like motions to interact with digital interfaces. In collaboration with Carnegie Mellon University, Meta is testing the wristband's usability for individuals with spinal cord injuries.
