Vinpearl Shares Soar 20% in Ho Chi Minh Bourse Debut, Market Cap Reaches $5.9 Billion in May 2025

Vinpearl JSC, Vingroup's hospitality arm, witnessed its shares surge by 20% on its debut trading day on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HoSE) on May 13, 2025. The stock hit its ceiling price of VND85,500 ($3.29) per share.

The company listed approximately 1.79 billion shares at an initial price of VND71,300 each. This placed Vinpearl's market capitalization at over VND153.33 trillion ($5.9 billion), making it one of Vietnam's largest publicly traded companies.

In the first quarter of 2025, Vinpearl reported a 76.6% increase in consolidated net revenue, reaching VND2,971 billion. The company aims for a net revenue of approximately VND14 trillion and an after-tax profit of about VND1.7 trillion in 2025.
