New Delhi - Larry Fink, CEO of BlackRock, saw his salary increase by 33% to $36.7 million in 2024.
BlackRock, the world's largest asset management firm, reported record profits in 2024. Fink's base salary remained at $1.5 million, but his cash bonus rose to $10.6 million.
His total stock grant also increased to $24.6 million. BlackRock stated they are committed to paying for performance and value shareholder opinions.
The company addressed concerns from investors regarding executive compensation. BlackRock engaged with its largest shareholders to address these concerns.
