HANOI - The Trump Organization and its Vietnamese partner are planning multi-billion dollar investments in Vietnam, focusing on golf courses, hotels, and real estate. The first project, valued at $1.5 billion near Hanoi, is set to break ground in May and includes three 18-hole golf courses and a residential complex. The first two courses are expected to be operational by mid-2027. A second project, potentially near Ho Chi Minh City, may be announced by year's end. The consortium is considering up to four projects in total. Vietnam has pledged to increase imports from the U.S. to avoid tariffs.
