La Brasserie du Larzac, established in 2006, has experienced significant growth and community engagement in recent years. Under the leadership of Rémi Vignollet and Camille Foulquié, who took over in 2020, the brewery has expanded its production and strengthened its ties with the local community.
In 2025, the brewery achieved notable recognition at the Concours International de Lyon, securing five medals, including four golds and one silver. This achievement highlights the quality and appeal of their 100% organic, unfiltered, and unpasteurized beers. The award-winning beers include Blonde, Imperial Blaque IPA, East Causse Session IPA, IPA, and Ambrée.
Committed to sustainability, the brewery sources all ingredients from local, organic producers and is exploring the cultivation of its own grains. This approach reflects a dedication to environmental responsibility and supports the local economy.
In June 2025, the Brasserie du Larzac participated in the 14th edition of "La Moisson des Brasseurs," an event celebrating the French brewing industry. The brewery opened its doors to the public, offering guided tours and tastings, and showcasing its commitment to local craftsmanship and community engagement.
These developments underscore the Brasserie du Larzac's dedication to quality, sustainability, and community involvement, solidifying its position as a significant player in the craft beer industry.
