Brasília Design Week (BDW) 2025 transformed the Brazilian capital into a hub for creativity and innovation from June 18th to 24th, 2025. The event featured over 40 free activities across the Federal District, attracting thousands of visitors and highlighting local and national design talent.
The main exhibition, held at the National Museum of the Republic, explores the theme "Memory, Design, and Future." It showcases works connecting tradition and modernity through three exhibitions: "Horizonte em Risco," "Artesanato e Joias - Contornos do Amanhã," and "Viva Janete!"
The event also included the exhibition "Quando o Imaginário e a Fé vão às Ruas" and various workshops, talks, and fashion shows. BDW 2025 aimed to boost the local economy and showcase Brazil's creative richness. The event was promoted by Desponta Brasil and the Brazilian Institute of Creative Economy, with support from various government bodies.
