Borrell criticized Israel's approach, stating that humanitarian aid to Gaza has reached historically low levels amid the ongoing conflict.
The meeting also featured discussions on enhancing support for Ukraine, with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha urging immediate actions to counter Russian aggression and bolster global food security ahead of winter. As of now, the EU has implemented 14 sanctions packages against Russia, targeting oil exports, dual-use goods, and raw materials, reflecting its commitment to confronting the challenges posed by ongoing regional conflicts.
