Palermo will host the 13th edition of the Giornate FAI d'Autunno on October 12-13, 2024, a significant event dedicated to Italy's cultural and architectural heritage. Organized by the FAI (Fondo Ambiente Italiano), the event will feature six exceptional openings across the city, guided by enthusiastic volunteers from the Young Group and the Palermo Delegation.

Palazzo Florio Wirz - This architectural gem, home to the Order of Architects since the 1980s, features a striking merlon tower and sloped roofs, showcasing the urban legacy of the Florio family.
Casa Minnella - For the first time, the private residence of the Minnella family will be open to the public, offering a glimpse into the historic architecture of the Olivuzza neighborhood.
Villino Favaloro - Built between 1889 and 1901, this villa exemplifies the Liberty style, with contributions from renowned architect Ernesto Basile. It features an octagonal turret and a winter garden, reflecting the artistic heritage of Palermo.
Chiesa di Santa Chiara all'Albergheria - This church, typically closed to the public, will open its doors to showcase its historical and artistic significance, including frescoes and remnants of ancient walls.
