NASA Astronaut Sunita Williams to Return to Earth in February 2025 on SpaceX's Crew-9 Mission

NASA astronaut Sunita Williams is scheduled to return to Earth in February 2025 aboard SpaceX's Crew Dragon spacecraft as part of the Crew-9 mission. This mission is crucial for maintaining the International Space Station (ISS) and rotating crew members.

Originally set for launch on September 26, the mission was delayed due to Tropical Storm Helene and is now rescheduled for September 28. Joining Williams on this mission are NASA's Nick Hague and Roscosmos cosmonaut Aleksandr Gorbunov, who will spend five months at the ISS conducting important research and maintenance tasks.
