CEO Ann Hand reported that the company achieved a 30% reduction in proforma operating expenses compared to the same quarter last year, alongside a 27% decrease in proforma net loss. Despite flat revenue, the company is optimistic about its trajectory toward profitability.
The newly formed partnership with Infinite Reality includes a worldwide perpetual license for the Drone Racing League, which boasts over 100 million young fans across 170 countries. Super League will also acquire Thunder Studios, TalentX, and Fearless Media, enhancing its digital marketing capabilities.
Super League continues to attract major brands, having collaborated with the International Olympic Committee, Visa, Maybelline, Google, and Universal Pictures in recent activations. The company aims to capitalize on its higher-margin pop-up experiences and a leaner cost structure to drive future growth.
