XUZHOU, China, Jan. 26, 2025 -- XCMG Group has installed over 3 million square meters of photovoltaic panels, generating more than 100 million kWh annually and saving approximately 35,000 tonnes of standard coal. This initiative enhances energy efficiency and supports green development efforts in Jiangsu Province.
State Grid Xuzhou Power Supply Company has played a crucial role in integrating these new energy projects into the grid, establishing a dedicated task force to assist with operational and maintenance management. They provide comprehensive support, including photovoltaic electricity pricing and grid connection models.
Additionally, Xuzhou Coal Mining Group is establishing a new energy industry system. Their centralized shared energy storage power plant, now the largest electrochemical energy storage facility in Jiangsu, was connected to the grid ahead of schedule, promoting energy conservation and sustainable development.
