Unusual Lights Spark UFO Speculation Across Texas Cities

Over Thanksgiving weekend, residents in Texas reported seeing unusual lights in the sky, leading to widespread speculation about UFO sightings.

Locations such as Dallas, Galveston, Abilene, and Houston were notably active, with similar sightings also reported in North Carolina and Arizona.

A TikTok video from Dallas on November 30 shows three bright lights over State Highway 121, with the user insisting they were not airplanes. "I've lived here my entire life, and I have never seen anything like this," the user stated.

On the same night, a Houston resident recorded three lights forming a triangle, prompting further debate about their origin. Another TikTok post from Galveston on December 1 described at least 15 bright lights over the Gulf of Mexico, with the user noting the significant difference from a helicopter.

While some viewers speculated about extraterrestrial origins, others suggested the lights were likely aircraft, SpaceX satellites, or drones. The Pentagon's recent report on UFOs, released on November 14, indicated that many sightings are often misidentified objects, with no evidence of extraterrestrial activity found so far.

Texas cities like Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio rank among the highest for UFO sightings, according to the National UFO Reporting Center.
