US And Mexico Near Deal To Remove Steel Tariffs

Edited by: Татьяна Гуринович

The United States and Mexico are reportedly close to finalizing an agreement that would eliminate the 50% tariffs on steel imports imposed by President Donald Trump.

This deal, similar to one made during Trump's first term, is being negotiated by Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick. Trump would need to approve the final agreement.

The negotiations are ongoing, and details are still being worked out between the two nations.
