OPEC+ Production Quotas Increase, Actual Output Lags

According to Morgan Stanley, the OPEC+ alliance is increasing oil-production quotas to restart idled capacity.

Despite a roughly 1 million-barrel-a-day increase in production quotas between March and June, a significant rise in actual output is difficult to observe.

Analysts noted that production in Saudi Arabia, a key player, hasn't significantly increased.
