Weird Al Yankovic's New Tour and Music Career

Edited by: Inna Horoshkina One

Weird Al Yankovic is embarking on his 'Bigger and Weirder Tour' this summer, marking his fastest-selling and largest-grossing tour to date. The tour includes performances at major venues like Madison Square Garden and the Kia Forum, along with a mini-residency in Las Vegas.

Yankovic's career spans decades, with entries on the Billboard Hot 100 in each of the first four decades. He has also achieved eight albums in the top 20 on the Billboard 200, including his first No. 1 album, 'Mandatory Fun' in 2014.

Despite his success, Yankovic maintains independence, choosing not to renew his contract with Sony. He now operates under his imprint, Way Moby, allowing him to release music as he pleases and pursue projects like a potential Broadway musical.
