The indie trio Ivy is set to release a new album titled 'Traces of You' on September 5th via Bar/None records. This album marks their return after an eight-year hiatus and serves as a tribute to Adam Schlesinger, who passed away in 2020.
The album features previously unreleased material, including contributions from Schlesinger. The surviving members, Dominique Durand and Andy Chase, along with Bruce Driscoll, compiled the album from their demo archives. The lead single, "Say You Will," originated from a 2009 demo featuring Schlesinger.
Ivy, formed in 1994, achieved mainstream success with their 1997 album 'Apartment Life'. The band's discography includes songs like "This is the Day" and "The Best Thing". The new album, 'Traces of You', will showcase the band's diverse musical range.
