Billy Ray Cyrus, 63, and Elizabeth Hurley, 59, made their red carpet debut as a couple in Rome on Saturday, May 24. The pair attended a dinner celebrating the opening of the Orizzonti/Rosso exhibition.
Hurley wore a bright pink gown with a plunging neckline and silver platform sandals. Cyrus sported black pants with silver medallions, a black jacket, a western hat, sunglasses, and boots. Hurley's son, Damian, joined them in a red suit.
The couple's appearance follows reports that Hurley is unconcerned about skeptics of their relationship. A source told PEOPLE that Hurley enjoys Cyrus's "Southern vibes" and that they have "great energy" together. They plan to celebrate Hurley's 60th birthday together on June 10.
Romance rumors began in April after Cyrus posted a photo of them kissing on Instagram. The two met while filming the 2022 movie Christmas in Paradise and recently reconnected. Cyrus confirmed their romance, noting the chemistry they shared during filming.
Cyrus said Hurley reached out to him during a difficult time. He described her as a "great human being."
