University at Albany Physicists Uncover Unexplained Anomalies in UAP Study, June 2025

Edited by: Uliana S.

In June 2025, a team of physicists from the University at Albany released findings from their UAP research. Their study, conducted in Laguna Beach, California, employed advanced devices to capture visible light and infrared data.

The team, including Matthew Szydagis, Kevin Knuth, and Cecilia Levy, used Doppler radar data and developed the Custom Target Analysis Protocol (C-TAP) to analyze images. They were able to explain all but one of the detected anomalies.

The unexplained observation consisted of bright white dots against a dark background. This research aligns with growing interest in UAP analysis, potentially shifting UAP research into a more accepted scientific field.
