On April 24, Ondo Finance and legal representatives from Davis Polk & Wardwell met with the SEC's Crypto Task Force to discuss regulatory pathways for tokenized U.S. securities. The meeting, detailed in a memorandum reviewed by agency staff, explored structuring options for issuing tokenized securities referencing assets like U.S. equities and fixed-income instruments.

Ondo's presentation addressed regulatory challenges, including registration, broker-dealer obligations, and financial crimes compliance.
