Infosys Expands Collaboration with Meta to Enhance AI Innovation through Open-Source Initiatives

Bengaluru, India (October 23, 2024) - Infosys, a global leader in digital services and consulting, has announced a strengthened partnership with Meta to advance generative AI through open-source initiatives. This collaboration is aimed at democratizing access to AI technology.

As part of this initiative, Infosys has launched a Meta center of excellence (COE) dedicated to accelerating enterprise AI integration. The center will focus on developing industry-specific use cases and fostering contributions to open-source communities.

Infosys is an early adopter of Meta's Llama 3.1 and 3.2 models, integrating these with its AI-first services under the Infosys Topaz brand. The new Llama-powered document assistant aims to enhance productivity in contract reviews.

Additionally, a dedicated AI Experience Zone for Meta has been established at Infosys' Bengaluru campus, allowing clients to experience the advancements in enterprise AI firsthand.
