CUPRA Terramar Competes for 2025 Car of the Year with Bold Design and Advanced Hybrid Powertrains

The CUPRA Terramar is a contender for the 'Car of the Year 2025,' aiming to expand the brand's audience by attracting customers seeking exceptional design and performance.

This nomination reflects growing confidence in CUPRA, which has seen previous models like the CUPRA Formentor and CUPRA Born recognized in past awards.

The Terramar features a new design language with a striking interior and exterior. Sustainability is emphasized, with bucket seats made from 100% recycled SEAQUAL® Dinamica® fabric or plant-tanned leather.

It offers five powertrain options across three technologies: TSI (gasoline), eTSI (mild hybrid), and the new eHybrid plug-in hybrid systems, with power ranging from 150PS to 272PS. The eHybrid engines provide over 100 kilometers of electric-only range.

The CUPRA Terramar was unveiled in early September during the America's Cup, featuring a limited edition called 'CUPRA Terramar America's Cup,' serving as the official vehicle for the 37th event in Barcelona.
