Dubai is pushing the boundaries of architectural innovation with the launch of "Therme Dubai - Islands in the Sky," a futuristic skyscraper that promises to be one of the city's most impressive wonders. The project is designed to integrate nature and luxury in an unprecedented way.

The 100-meter-tall skyscraper will feature suspended botanical gardens, thermal pools, and cascading waterfalls, all integrated into an innovative design that rises from an artificial lake. This spectacular complex aims to be a combination of a spa, entertainment center, and wellness retreat, where visitors can enjoy immersive experiences in a vertical environment.

The design emphasizes sustainability, utilizing clean energy sources and plans to recycle 90% of the water used in the pools. Additionally, 80% of the cooling needs will be met through green energy, making Therme Dubai a model of ecological and efficient construction.

With the capacity to receive 1.7 million visitors annually, the complex is designed to offer a comprehensive wellness experience. Each of the skyscraper's "islands" will feature a variety of environments, from saunas and steam rooms to thermal and cold pools, providing a relaxing atmosphere both day and night, when the spaces will be filled with music, performances, and cultural events.

Construction is set to begin in 2026 and is expected to be completed by 2028. This development adds to other major projects in the city, such as the Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest skyscraper, and the Burj Azizi, the second tallest, which is also scheduled to be completed in 2028.

This ambitious project is one of Dubai's many initiatives to continue to amaze the world with its ability to transform the urban landscape. In the coming years, Therme Dubai is expected to become a symbol of architectural and technological advancement, attracting thousands of visitors interested in experiencing the future of construction and well-being.
