DeFi Technologies Inc. (DEFI) announced that its subsidiary, Valour Inc., achieved a record AUM of C$1.4 billion (US$1.009 billion) as of January 31, 2025, representing a 23% increase from the previous month. This growth was driven by rising digital asset prices and a sustained net inflow of C$48 million (US$33.5 million) in January. Valour's strong performance was fueled by the introduction of 20 new digital asset ETPs on the Spotlight Stock Market, expanding its portfolio to over 60 ETPs on European exchanges.

Valour's net inflow in January reached C$48 million (US$33.5 million), marking the second consecutive month exceeding the US$30 million inflow mark. This follows the record month of December 2024, where the net inflow reached C$56 million (US$38.8 million). The continued momentum underscores strong investor confidence, growing demand for Valour's diverse ETP offerings, and the impact of the 20 newly introduced digital asset ETPs on the Spotlight Stock Market.

DeFi Technologies also highlighted its robust financial position, with cash and USDT balance reaching approximately C$27.2 million (US$18.9 million), a 24.9% increase from the previous month. The company maintained a diversified portfolio of digital assets, including 208.8 BTC, 14.375 SOL, 121 ETH, and 433.322 AVAX tokens, with a total portfolio value of approximately C$63.4 million (US$44.2 million).

DeFi Technologies has established three validator nodes: one for Solana (SOL), one for CORE, and another for Cardano (ADA). The company is currently staking a portion of its C$526 million (US$367 million) SOL holdings on its validator node, generating an approximate 8% return. If staking were offered for the entire SOL amount, it would yield an annual return of approximately C$42 million (US$29 million).
