Justin Tucker, the kicker for the Baltimore Ravens, is confronting serious allegations of sexual misconduct as three additional massage therapists have come forward with accusations against him. This brings the total number of accusers to nine, all of whom claim inappropriate behavior occurred between 2012 and 2016 during Tucker's first five seasons in the NFL.
Among the latest allegations, one woman produced a 2015 internal report detailing her experiences with Tucker, stating he inappropriately touched her thigh during a massage, exposed himself, and left what she believed to be ejaculate on the massage table.
Despite having initially contacted a journalist about her allegations in 2015, she chose not to pursue the matter further due to fears of retaliation.
The new claims come from three massage therapists who worked at the same upscale spa in downtown Baltimore. The spa's owner, through an attorney, claimed he was unaware of any complaints against Tucker.
In response to the allegations, Tucker's lawyers urged the public to refer to his social media statement, where he categorically denied the accusations, labeling them as “unequivocally false.”
On Thursday, Tucker expressed that the article misrepresented harmless or ambiguous interactions to the point of being unrecognizable, calling it a “desperate tabloid fodder.”
The Baltimore Banner first reported these misconduct allegations after interviewing six massage therapists about Tucker's behavior, which allegedly led some therapists to refuse further work with him and resulted in two spas banning him from returning.
The NFL is now aware of these allegations and stated they take such matters seriously, promising to investigate the claims. A spokesperson for the Ravens also emphasized their commitment to monitoring the situation closely.
Tucker, 35, is recognized as the most accurate kicker in NFL history and remains the longest-tenured player on the Ravens, being the last member of the team that won the Super Bowl in 2012.
